I'm throwing out some advertising for my pal Chrissy Ramstead who has just started up her own small business, Ideal Fit! Personal Fitness and Lifestyle Coach (or is it training?). I know that by just reading that sentence already makes some of us sweat, but i'm sure once the holiday season comes to an end we'll all need to help buttoning up our pants again.
